Joanne Zaiac lends extensive digital marketing and advertising expertise to company’s continued growth
LEXINGTON, Mass. — Jan. 28, 2015 — Cartera Commerce, the leading provider of omni-channel marketing solutions and rewards programs that increase revenue and customer loyalty, has named Joanne Zaiac, president of DigitasLBi New York region, to its board of directors. In this new role, Zaiac will help guide the strategy and execution of Cartera’s continued leadership in the rewards and loyalty industry.
In her term of more than 15 years as the New York region president of DigitasLBi, Zaiac has been responsible for the development and growth of the New York City and Atlanta offices. She oversees the strategy and execution of Digitas’ services across the client base, with major brands including American Express, Comcast, Aetna, Delta and Travelers. Prior to her tenure at DigitasLBi, Zaiac held several executive positions at Wunderman Worldwide.

Zaiac has bachelor’s degrees in history and literature from Harvard University. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Junior Achievement New York, on the Women@NBCU Advisory Board, the Agency Advisory Board for the IAB, and is an executive member of Advertising Women New York. In addition, she is a recipient of the YWCA Academy of Women Achiever’s Women Achiever Award, and Advertising Women of New York and Working Mother magazine’s Advertising Mother of the Year award.
